I have used Jo’s massage services for a nagging shoulder problem which the deep tissue massage helped resolve.
i have also been to a number of her boot camps and although they are tough, they are really made enjoyable by Jo and the hour passes very quickly indeed.

LOVE Jo’s massages! It is great to have someone who is so knowledgeable about bio mechanics and yet the experience still has the luxury of of beauty salon massage – (that’s not to say the massages are pain-free though!). Works wonders on my tired tennis legs. 🙂
Excellent sports massage and the boot camp really works ALL muscle groups. I cannot recommend Jo more highly having experienced both sports massage and her bootcamp.
