When I joined EBF I had recently gone into business by myself, as a freelancer. With just a few clients under my belt, I hoped membership would help me to grow, and to become established. It has certainly done that. I’m now collaborating regularly with fellow members on new business, and have a regular flow of high quality referrals. This is my No.1 focus for business growth.
I Joined Essex Business Forum a few months after I started by business and have been a member ever since. In the past six years I have not only obtained quality business leads that have led to me carrying out work for a variety of clients but have also fostered an excellent network of business contacts who I am happy to recommend and do so on a regular basis.
In addition I have a great support network in that the other members are happy to give me advice and guidance when needed and I hope I provide that to them as well.
I cannot think of any downside of being member of this brilliant organisation –except for getting up early every Thursday morning!

Secondly I have access to experts in their fields ,all of whom are happy to offer advice on issues that arise during business life and thirdly it helps you to build confidence.
Standing up and speaking in front of people doesn’t come naturally to all . Doing this on a regular basis really helped me to build confidence not only here but in my normal business dealings.

After a previous round of orthodontic treatment with my regular dentist that I was very unhappy with, I came to Brentwood Orthodontic Centre on a friend’s recommendation to have it done properly by a specialist orthodontist. My teeth not only looked awful, but were also very uncomfortable and causing me problems eating and sleeping. Nikhil and the team did a fantastic job of getting me fixed up.
