Jill Willis gets us all on our feet and Michelle Adelizzi almost awarded a grab bar
This was a meeting to like; 28 present, a couple of inductions, plenty of referrals and a good 10 minute presentation. What’s not to like!

As I introduced the meeting up leapt at least 4 members and in unison shouted “May the fourth be with you”. It is nice to see that an American universe can be brought to earth by the English ability to pun. It bode well for the rest of the meeting, in particular knowing that Mike Rogers would be multi-tasking throughout; the air could have been electric.
Our “Spring Breakfast” visitors day initiative meant that we had a very lively and well attended meeting today. 29 members and 9 guests, with over £55,000 of new business recorded and 44 brand new business opportunities too
This week we were treated to three visitors one of which was a truly inspirational guest speaker who is shortly to row around the circumference of the UK. That’s 1800 miles!
Otherwise lots of fun in todays meeting and some great new business opportunities shared too.
A thought provoking education presentation about the perils of giving free advice, and then an excellent 10 minute presentation by David “Chile” Plumley from Integrate Networks. An entertaining and informative meeting with lots of good business.
20 members present, 3 Visitors, 2 Applications to join, £20,000.00 worth of business recorded at the meeting, 35 referrals given, £135,000 worth of business passed this month. A well-attended meeting with lots of referrals and business passed, new members on the horizon, what’s not to like!!!
We were 25 in number including 2 visitors, Lee Scarff a plumber and Paul Keegan recruitment. Such numbers are always a prelude to a lively meeting and today was no exception.

Brian Painter of Pilgrim Hypnotherapy (doing his best impersonation of Aidan Squire of Quality HR) chaired confidently, and guided us all through the proceedings.
It seems that for many of the Essex business owners we build websites for, the online world of peer-to-peer feedback, is taking over. On the one hand providing them with powerful ‘word-of-mouth’ advertising, but on the other creating a shed load more work and a whole new customer service channel to try to manage. So,…
