Ben Golding extolled the metaphor of a flying eagle to our business practises, and Neil Bellham explained in a 10-minute presentation about his catering business and how he handles “festival season”.
We said a sad farewell to Richard Reed who is retiring. Paul Booth delivered an education presentation on taking opportunities, and Scott Griffiths presented for 10 minutes about his website design and SEO business, eseyo.
Vince Good explained the importance of visitors to our group and Jane Malyon, assisted by her husband Roger, delivered a great 10-minute presentation on her business. We were delighted to welcome back Howard Bullock to the naughty corner.
Neil Bellhams first Education Slot which was excellent, followed by a Presentation from John Hammond focussing on Access control and how his business JMH Technology can help.
A review of our weekly business networking meeting where Stuart Smallcombe explained his telecoms business LG Networks and members and guests exchanged plentiful referral opportunities.
A “Sock-Off” competition this week, followed by an excellent mental health presentation from Paul Dulieu and a legal quiz from Terry Maylin. Plus the usual referrals, testimonials and monies recorded. What a great meeting!
Sarah Steel TEASE’d us in the education presentation and then William Verner explained his life and career with details on his business Breakwater Commercial Advisors. Another great networking meeting.
Resident Educator Ben Golding explained how to listen not just “hear”. Emma Taylor then delivered her first 10-minute presentation on her Estate Agency and Property business which was very informative.
Jane Malyon educated us about how being animated rather than dull and static during our presentations would help us. Paul Dulieu then delivered a fantastic 10-minute presentation on his career and business which was of course entertaining and animated.
