A Halloween themed networking meeting with an interesting round of themed 60-second presentations. Richard Reed spoke for 10 mins about his business.
Slightly depeleted in numbers this week, but made up for with enthusiasm and fun. Our 10-minute speaker session was given to Toby Acton who educated us on how to effectively use our 60-second presentation each week. One guest in attendance – Oscarina was standing-in for Oscar!!!
Another exciting business networking meeting with 2 visitors and lots of members. Brian Painter delivered not a usual 10-minute presentation but more of a history lesson!
This week we were treated to a 10-minute presentation from Mike Rogers, A.K.A Lord Michael of Mortgages. He explained how he can save the UK economy hundreds of billions of pounds if we can all just refer people to him. otherwise it was an entertaining and eventful networking meeting.
Saj delivered a bloomin’ marvellous quiz/presentation about his business, and we had 1 visitor and 3 “big cats” attend the meeting! Grrrrr…..
Simon Essex gave a confident and clear presentation explaining his recruitment business. Matt Barry “almost” delivered his 60-second presentation in song.
Bad Jokes and Fake Bonsai Trees were heavily featured in this weeks meeting at which our regular chairman was absent and the excellent Vincent Goode stepped in to run the show.
25 Members present, some of whom were up with the larks but arrived in the dark, we were then greeted with a bright sunny morning that was in itself as uplifting as the meeting turned out to be.
A busy networking meeting today with 25 members and 1 new visitor. Also the first 10 minute presentation by Ford Astbury. Jolly good!
A day that promised sunshine after a Wednesday of rain and likelihood of Friday with rain, brought the Members out in droves. Despite it being holiday season we mustered 26 Members and 1 Visitor Paul Thurgood.
