I was recommended to Jo by a friend who had trained with her and had achieved great results, and I am delighted to say that I am also very pleased.
Whilst not being concerned about weight loss, the main goal of my time with Jo has been to just “feel fitter” and be able to do more active things without feeling exhausted. Jo created a training programme that helped me to achieve this, and also advised on equipment that I should purchase to use to train at home when not training with her.
