CPR Professional Services Ltd are led by Paul Rogers who has 38 years’ experience working for a major high street bank. Lee Douris and John Judge have since joined and between us we have in excess of 100 years banking experience and over 14 years operating in the commercial finance broking arena. The ‘team’ is all about providing a personal service to you, as well as the ability to get the deal done, along with building a permanent relationship for any ongoing requirements.
Due to our overall size and negotiating power, on occasions, we have access to exclusive interest rates and offerings, which might not be available to the general market.
We can save clients time and money by researching the market and only approaching lenders that suit your requirements from our extensive panel of lenders. Whilst the interest rate payable will always be a key consideration, other factors may be a more important driver for you e.g., a higher loan to value than the norm available in the market, early access to the funds, a lend based on the market value of the property and not the purchase price, etc.
