Studio Forty is a design-led, vibrant, architectural practice based in Essex, combining experience with fresh thinking. Our work puts people first through collaboration and discussion, whilst our consistent approach to the design process places emphasis upon understanding the brief, site history and context.

Based in Billericay, we work primarily in the Essex and London areas. We don’t limit ourselves through sector specialisation or provide off the shelf solutions, instead we offer a bespoke, tailored service to suit all prospective clients. We have experience of all project stages from feasibility through to construction, working at a variety of different scales and budgets.
