Ben Golding returned and provided us a useful education slot, followed by an excellent presentation from David Roberts about his business Mercury Electrical
Toby Acton compared Business Networking to Football(!) and Stuart Smallcombe gave a fascinating presentation on his telecomms and IT business, LG Networks.
Vincent Goode educated us on the use of Memory Hooks, and then Terry Maylin presented about his legal business TM Law, with reference to dispute resolution and other “tions”
Jane Malyon educated us on identifying our own unique “Bakers Dozen”, followed by a podcast-style 10-minute presentation by Nick Cooke about his Structural Engineering business.
Stuart Smallcombe educated us on “the perfect customer”, followed by Clara Downton giving an interesting and informative presentation on her business Downton Mortgages.
Terry gave a reminder on top ways to maximise membership to a networking group, and then Andy O’Neill delivered a presentation on his business Guardian Water Hygiene Services. Very interesting and rather scary!
On 25th May I am cycling 515 miles ( if I don’t get lost) from Essex to Loch Lomond in Scotland. Ruby is an amazing young lady, 13 years old, who has Rett Syndrome which severely restricts what she can do and her family are raising funds to kit out a very expensive £12,000 wheelchair…
Jane Malyon educated us on the topic of connectivity, and then Chris De La Prida gave his first 10-minute presentation on his travel business, Travelosophers.
Ben Golding presented and warned us to be conscious of the face that we give to our customers, and then Leann Reason delivered an excellent presentation explaining her Interior Design business, Brooklyn Interiors.
