As you can see the event finally happened at the World renowned Rayleigh Karting Circuit in the district of Rayleigh on Friday 13th October and it was far from a disaster (for most of us).
Attended by five brave battlers who raced for 300 laps of the fearsome figure of eight track with its blind summit followed by a hairpin bend at speeds of up to 38 mph( for most of us ! ).
The winner, quite comfortably as it happened was Stuart “Schumacher” Smallcombe to whom all our congratulations and adulations ..…
The event was such a success that another is being planned and so for any of you wannabe kart racers who would like to try their luck against our very own “Schueee “, please let me know so we can bring it on…..
I have the results sheet for those of you who are interested so you can see what you have to measure up to….
Thanks for organising it Terry – a great afternoon! Looking forward to defending my title next time. Regards Schuie Smallks.
