An entertaining meeting where Ben Golding delivered an excellent presentation and quiz, and then awarded a fluffy pink pig to Terry Maylin! Good business and good fun as always.
A good turnout on a dank and dark morning produced 24 Members including recent acquisition Toby Acton and two guests. This week was a slightly shortened meeting to accommodate a full half an hour presentation by Rupert Miles
The first day of Winter when ice had to be scrapped from our windscreens prior to setting out. Although it was cold outside it was nice and warm in our venue and everyone was in good cheer. We had 22 members and 2 guests.

This week’s Essex Business Forum meeting put Christmas firmly on the agenda, as at least five members mentioned it in their 60-seconds. With 22 members in attendance, and 2 visitors, that’s a hefty percentage and places us on the slippery festive slope.
Week #2 without our regular blog author, and so Stuart Smallcombe took over as both Chairman and Blog writer. Come back Aidan, all is forgiven!

On a sartorial note, waistcoats were in evidence. This harbinger of winter also gives the blokes a chance to make a style statement. Kevin Brookes, back from a hard few weeks holidaying, sported a very fetching garb that was beautifully set off with his brown wool look waistcoat.
